RARE_logo.png

ENROLLMENT Below you will find your camper’s RARA SCAMP enrollment forms.

These forms need to be filled out completely and returned to RARA on or before MONDAY MARCH 2 .If the forms are incomplete, you will be notified to come in to RARA to take care of anything that is incomplete or still required. I have highlighted sections on the form that require signatures or initials. To submit forms, please mail or drop off at RARA Attn: Lyndsey Ramsay 500 E. 2nd Street Rochester, MI 48307. If you are unable to mail or drop off forms, you may return them via email. Along with the forms, there is a non-refundable deposit of $100 that is due. The total cost for RARA SCAMP is $1125 for those living in Rochester/Rochester Hills and $1130 for non-residents. If you are questioning how much your voucher is worth from volunteering/donating, please let me know.

NEW THIS SUMMER: We will be offering a 2-week SCAMP extension. This will not look exactly like SCAMP, but will be a nice way for our campers and staff to try an addition due to popular demand. New campers will have the opportunity to register for this after March 1. If your camper’s SCAMP tuition is being paid by an outside agency, instead of the $100 deposit, YOU must have the agency provide RARA evidence of the approval including the amount that they are authorizing. - There is a form for families who are using outside payers. This form must be completed, signed, and returned by those using outside paying agencies along with your enrollment packet. The FULL TUITION AMOUNT is due by Monday, June 15th, before the start of camp. You are welcome to make payments toward the balance of your campers SCAMP tuition before that date.
